We’ve got our set up process fine-tuned. Generally we need an hour either side of your event service times. As long as we’ve got all the access information we need prior to the event, it takes one person an hour to setup the coffee cart and 45 minutes if there are two people on-site. Pack-down takes 45 minutes with one person, 30 minutes with two people.
If our coffee service does not span the whole duration of the event, we can generally work around your agenda to ensure that bump in/out won't interfere with your event.
