Each of our baristas are handpicked not only for their skill set, but for their alignment with our company values. So that we maintain the consistent, highest calibre of baristas in events, they must complete a comprehensive half-day training session. Every detail is covered during training, for each aspect of our standard of operations, to how they are expected to conduct themselves.
Following training, each new recruit shadows one of our senior members for an event, putting into practice all they have learnt. This process ensures that every barista sent out to each event is fully trained, confident and adept in how to operate, manage and exceed the expectations of our customers
