Due to the weight of the coffee cart and risk of injury through lifting, this is something we try to avoid as much as possible. A short flight of stairs of no more than 5-6 steps is manageable, as long as it’s not steep or hazardous.
If the cart does need to be moved up or down stairs, it will be your responsibility to provide additional sets of hands to assist the barista. The carts are a minimum 2 person carry and your additional personnel must be available to assist at both the beginning and end of your event.
