So that we can pack the appropriate resources, it’s important that we are notified in advance that your event is running outdoors. As our carts are quite heavy, they must be set up on solid, level ground. Loose dirt and grassy surfaces are not suitable.
To set up adequately, our carts must be in close proximity to a power source. If power is not available, we’ll need to organise hire of a generator for the event at an extra cost. These details will be checked off by our sales team in the quoting stages of your booking but if details change, we’ll need to be made aware as soon as possible.
