We always take additional product on-site to serve beyond the quota just in case consumption is greater than anticipated.
We charge $3/cup over the quota and this will be invoiced separately after the event.
Our baristas will inform you when you have nearly reached your prepaid quota.
There are several options available to you in this instance:
- close service when the quota is reached.
- select a set number of additional cups you are willing to pay for at $3/cup
- continue service with no cap limit on additional beverages
If you are concerned that your anticipated attendance numbers will rise, or that more cups will be consumed per person, our sales team are always able to increase the prepaid amount as long as it is within the capabilities of the resources assigned to your event. Additional cups are charged at $2.50/cup before the event date.
